OMGosh...it is 3:30 and this is the first time I have been able to look at a blog or the Internet all day long!! Lord help me..what is the world coming to...
Sunday Recap:

Got up..got the littlest heathen up and about scratch theat, he got ME up and about...bathed...

finished cleaning my bedroom! Woo Hoo....
cant remember last time the closet AND room were clean at same time
AND with not piles of clothes to be folded
went to MIL to get other heathens
also picked up washer and dryer they just replaced

since we needed a new washer

due to punk #1 destroying it (unintentionally of course)

cleaned more

cooked dinner
caught up on episode of Cold Case and 2 episodes of my newest interest, True Blood

got mad because I dont have every day of my life off to stay home and do whatever

This morning, I took a new pic of me with my hair done, not sure most have sent it done..

No, I am not stoned...although maybe I should be... I dont know how BFF Ready to Pop K takes such good pictures in the mirror, it took me about 25 shots and I had to crop this one....oh well...
Also, I am going to try to get back on the wagon...I started taking the phentermine again today to help with my inability to not stop stuffing my face...hopefully, I can lose a few more pounds...
here are a few pics I snapped this weekend...
So it started raining hard on Friday...then started to hail some..we were having a meteorology lesson at the back door and everyone was informed that the hail was ice...Christian heard this.

and went and got his own ice to add to the mix

Look at the size of that hail!!!! We all know how obsessed he is with throwing things into water...

It quit raining and I let Christian go out to the giant puddle in our back yard (created by Buddy, the big yellow dog who dug holes everywhere....who also by the way ran away and never came back...hmmm...)

he was pretty happy...I remember playing in the mud when I was a kid..its fun!! Haden was out there to, but managed to keep himself pretty clean..
well, thats all for now matees.....

POLL!! POLL!!!

Ok, here is what I want know from my readers...

See the 2 pictures below.....they are bottles of varying size that have sand from the different beaches we have been to on vacations....there is a wooden tag attached by rope and have the name of the beach written on them..

So my question is ...Would you consider this clutter????

Below I have attached a larger picture of the book cases....

If so, why?

I look forward to hearing your opinion, grasshoppa!

Update on the "Pink Lady"

I know some of you are very concerned about my "Pink Lady" and if and when she will be repaired.

As I mentioned before Dell is going to replace the keyboard and the CD/DVD drive for FREE! I have already received a call from a technician and they are coming by tomorrow to get her back in shape..I know many were worried, but all is well!!!

I will also be donating blood tomorrow...the blood bank is always harassing me to donate since I have O-, my blood is really wanted!! At least they think I am important!!!!

High School....(you have go to be kidding me, are we that old?)

Kaelen brought home the form last night with the classes and electives he needs to choose for next year:

His Language Arts teacher is recommending him for Advanced LA next year and he wants to take advanced Geometry. I think I am trying to talk him into taking regular Geometry or Algebra and taking Advanced Biology instead. Here is what we have so far:

Orchestra
Intro to Agriculture (cant wait to get the goat!)
Language Arts PAP
Algebra/Geometry
Biology (PAP?)
Spanish (ughh)
Football

I am already tired thinking about it. We are going to be VERY busy next year.

I am floored that Kaelen is going to be freshman. I mean, I know I am old, but am I that old? (no offense to people who are more years of age than me.)

It may not seem like that long, but 6 years ago on the 18th of March, the Iraq War began. Poppa T was right in the thick of it. Here is the link to a big battle his unit , RCT-1, was involved in.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Nasiriyah

We are so glad he made it back safely and are happy it seems to be winding up over there.

All's well that ends well????

I spoke with Dell last night and they are going to be replacing my keyboard free of charge.

They are also going to be replacing the CD/DVD drive which also was the victim of another child in our household. I figured since I have only had the laptop a few months and so far these things have happened, I figured an extended warranty including accidental damage, might be in my best interest.

Here are some pics of the middle dude.

Haden had a scrimmage game on Saturday. He struck out on his first time at bat. The second time at bat, he hit the ball and got to third but also allowed the 3 people on base to get home. The next batter hit the ball, got out, but Haden made it home to score the winning run!

The littlest heathen....

I know, I know...you are wondering why I am not talking more Twilight!!! Where is Edward? How can this be?? Well, I know you are obssessed but I must move on...

Here is the youngest climbing into the toybox in their closet...

There was some play doh down in the bottom, this is him trying to get the lid off....once he was distracted, that disappeared into a bottomless pit somewhere never to be seen again....

it was so sweet to see him sleeping, he has his snake and Mickey Mouse.....awwwww.....

**Barnes and Noble with phone skins - has a little bit of the material on the Borders/Books a Million and you get the phone skin
**Target that just dropped their price and have it on Blue - Ray - also, they have a 3 disc set (?) but it only seems to contain the same as Books a Million and Barnes & Noble

**Walmart with a section of the store (havent seen this yet, but Walmart is only selling the standard version, no bonus material, per the website)
**Best Buy has the Blu Ray and a 2DVD set, but again, only the extras as the others; also, you can save $5 if you buy the soundtrack at the same time....I, of course, already have it..

**Comcast is in on the act. You can get the movie via OnDemand at the stroke of midnight.

Now, I did spend more on mine, 29.99 (got free shipping). The others are running around $17.00, Blu Ray $24.99. If you dont care, then whatever will work for you.

Some more memorabilia I found:

sticker for the window (I am totally getting this)

trading cards (not so much)

Board Game(not so much either!)

So there ya go...like I said before, dont be hatin. Oh, and next week when they start talking about the crazy numbers of these dvd's and other stuff that sold, then tell me we are in a recession.

OK, I have gone a little Twilight crazy lately, with the movie coming out on DVD, there is more hype than usual. Look what more stuff they are putting on the market for suckers like me to spend money on!!!

I, of course, have pre-ordered the Border Exclusive DVD set for Twilight online, I will probably not get it until April, but Borders is the one version I had to have, it beats all of the other versions being sold. They are actually having DVD release parties Friday night at Borders and other bookstores. Also, Comcast is having the movie available at midnight on their OnDemand....what is a girl to do!

I found some great Twilight blogs too! I am going to put them on my blog as links. You must visit if you want all of the up to the minute news on the series and the actors.

Yes, yes, I know what you are thinking, but just keep it to yourself, ok???

Guten Tag!

Baseball Practice

Here are some pictures I took at Haden's baseball practice, but none of them have any of Haden practicing baseball..

What is this little dude looking at? Why is he so excited?

There were lights right near where we were standing, when they came on, they made a loud humming noise...he was fascinated...he spent much of his time looking up and holding onto the pole.

Here are some more "artistic" shots...

my kids always have dirty faces, I cant figure it out....

Nice view of the fence....

Waiting his turn....he really wanted to be out there with the other boys....

This weekend was again uneventful..lots of cleaning (on my part) and a few more scrapbook stores with BFF Special K and sweet little Brooke...she really was sweet, no WAY my little one would have been that good...Chris was off this weekend (unexpectedly) and was able to watch the heathens for me....Sunday night I got really bad stomach cramps and lots of nauseau..I took Monday off and slept almost all day! the time change screws with me! The boys are having a rough time too...the mornings are worse than usual..

Thats it, nothing too exciting...Baseball practice has started so that choas has begun! Luckily, I am trusting Kaelen more now with Christian, he watched him Monday night while I took Haden....all was well....as long as I dont have Christian to chase around I am fine! Anyway, thats it....I do have some pics, maybe I will upload them tonight...

Ciao!

The Lunatic Fringe

You have seen them, you know "them"....those people on the TV with signs, yelling, making strange faces, singing songs with flowers in their hair...those lunatics, on both sides (except I dont think those who attend conservative rallys would have flowers in their hair)......

Have I become one of those?

Judge for yourself...

Last Friday, I met an old friend from high school and we went to a local rally...it was a protest of the recent bills being approved regarding government spending..it was fun and interesting!

So, am I one of the Lunatic Fringe? I did not have a sign, I DID cheer and talk to people and get my pictures taken with people
