Try Ebay and Amazon. Amazon will often offer free shipping and you can see reviews of both the product and seller... Even if you buy from Ebay, sometimes the product reviews are helpful.
Also just search on Google something like "Buy lense hood" and it will give you online sellers...
B&H is also great.
